It\u2019s soooo good to be here!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When my brother first designed this site, he sent me a link to check it out. I looked and thought I\u2019d like to be a part of it but never spoke it out. We talked many times at length before it came to the conversation and then the site crashed. This started his season of trials and tests and I started a season of slack. Our conversation slacked too, as he focused on restructuring. I thought of things I could do but was resting and relaxing in slack. He got the site running again, only to run up against another challenge of losing all the information. Satan was busy trying to stop what would help many, and I was moving along still with thoughts in my head but doing nothing. Last week I start a week of challenge after challenge when get a text saying, \u201cI\u2019m waiting on you\u201d. I answer, \u2018Waiting for what?\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now, how many of you know how easy it is to have something in your head and verbally express it but not step in to complete it? Is it fear? Is there a certain comfort in slack to not reach our ultimate joy in the work for God? I had to remind myself; there comes a time where we not only read the Word but actually meditate and work to the success God wants and assists us to achieve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Don\u2019t let the feel good emotion of slack take control. Study Joshua 1:8 and write me your Joshua moment. I am here to give recipes for the \u201cshift\u201d to happen for us all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please read the scripture below and further read the message, or as I love saying, the story. Listen to how many times and ways God tells Joshua to keep going. Note Him pushing with encouragement, with the promise. This is much more than encouragement. Chris never spoke it to me, but I heard God. Listen friends! It\u2019s HIS ultimate recipe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The WORD<\/strong>: Joshua 1:8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall read [and meditate on] it day and night, so that you may be careful to do [everything] in accordance with all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will be successful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After the death of Moses the servant of God, God spoke to Joshua, Moses\u2019 assistant: \u201cMoses my servant is dead. Get going, Cross this Jordan River, you and all the people. Cross to the country I\u2019m giving to the People of Israel. I\u2019m giving you every square inch of the land you set your foot on\u2014just as I promised Moses. From the wilderness and this Lebanon east to the Great River, the Euphrates River\u2014all the Hittite country\u2014and then west to the Great Sea. It\u2019s all yours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All your life, no one will be able to hold out against you. In the same way I was with Moses, I\u2019ll be with you. I won\u2019t give up on you; I won\u2019t leave you. Strength! Courage! You are going to lead this people to inherit the land that I promised to give their ancestors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Give it everything you have, heart and soul. Make sure you carry out The Revelation that Moses commanded you, every bit of it. Don\u2019t get off track, either left or right, so as to make sure you get to where you\u2019re going. And don\u2019t for a minute let this Book of The Revelation be out of mind. Ponder and meditate on it day and night, making sure you practice everything written in it. Then you\u2019ll get where you\u2019re going; then you\u2019ll succeed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Haven\u2019t I commanded you? Strength! Courage! Don\u2019t be timid; don\u2019t get discouraged.
